HRflix is a SaaS-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS) that provides:

Employee management

Attendance tracking (including AI-based facial recognition)

Payroll and reporting tools

Workforce analytics and automation

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent your organization.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials

You must provide accurate information

You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

No unlawful use

No unauthorized access attempts

No reverse engineering or copying

No malicious code uploads

No misuse of facial recognition features

6. Facial Recognition & Biometric Data

HRflix-FaceID may process facial data for attendance. Employers must obtain consent from employees. We do not sell biometric data.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your data. We process data only to provide services and apply reasonable security measures.

8. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans may apply

Fees are non-refundable unless stated

Pricing may change with notice

9. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights related to HRflix software and branding belong to Miraivex Technologies Private Limited.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated or misuse occurs.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from misuse or legal violations.

14. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services integrated into our platform.

15. Privacy

our use of HRflix is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Delhi Courts.
