Yes. HRflix supports multiple pay types — monthly, daily, hourly, and piece-rate. Each employee profile can have a different pay structure, and payroll handles them all in one run.
HRflix auto-calculates PF at 12% of Basic + DA for employees earning below the ₹15,000 threshold. You can configure voluntary PF contributions for employees above the threshold. ECR files are auto-generated monthly.
HRflix processes payroll transactionally — if any step fails, the entire run rolls back safely. You will receive an email with the exact error and can re-run after fixing it. No partial disbursements ever happen.
